Getting started
Create your account, sign in, and find your way around.
RemoSign lets you send any PDF for signature and get it back signed, without printing, scanning or meeting in person. You upload the contract, choose who signs it and where, and send it. Each signer gets an email with a secure link, signs on a phone, tablet or computer, and everyone receives the fully signed PDF by email when the last signature is in.
Around that core you can keep reusable templates, save your clients and their details, fill documents automatically, and track every document from one place.
The fastest way to see how RemoSign works is to send a short document to yourself.
- Sign in and choose New document.
- Give the first party a name and add yourself as its signer, with your own name and email address.
- Upload any PDF and give it a title.
- Click on the page where you want to sign and choose Full Signature.
- Review the summary and choose Send for Signature.
- Open the invitation in your inbox, or find the document in My Documents and choose Sign now. Sign it just as your signers will.
As soon as you finish, the signed PDF is emailed to you, with a signature summary on its last page. Now you know exactly what your signers see.
Tip: A test document counts toward your monthly allowance like any other document.
- On the home page, choose Create account.
- Enter your name, your email address and a password of at least 10 characters, then tick the box to accept the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer.
- Open the confirmation email we send you and click the link in it. Confirming your email starts your free trial of the Business plan for 14 days, with every feature included and no credit card.
- Open Account, then Settings, and fill in your details. They are placed automatically in the contracts you create, so take a moment to get them right.
Tip: If the confirmation email does not arrive within a few minutes, look in your Spam or Junk folder.
- Choose Sign in on the home page and enter your email address and password.
- If you turned on two step verification, we email you a 6 digit code. Type it in to finish signing in.
- To sign out, open Account and choose Log Out.
Forgot your password? Choose the password reset link on the sign in screen, enter your email address, and follow the link we send you. The link works for a limited time and only once.
After you sign in you land on your dashboard. At the top you see your current plan, how many documents you sent this month out of your allowance, and how many were completed. The menu gives you everything else:
- New document starts a new signing workflow.
- My Documents lists everything you sent and everything you were asked to sign.
- My Templates keeps contracts you send again and again.
- Clients keeps the people you work with and their details.
- Cards, Properties and Vehicles keep other records you fill into documents, on the Business plan.
- Account opens your settings, the invite program, this guide, and sign out.
On a phone, the menu opens from the button at the top of the screen.
RemoSign speaks 17 languages. Use the language menu at the top of any page to switch. Your choice is remembered on this device and in your account, and the emails we send you follow it.
The round button next to it switches between dark mode, which is the default, and light mode. Your signers can switch too, on their signing screen.
RemoSign works in the browser of any phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install.
- The menu opens from the button at the top of the screen.
- You can upload a PDF straight from the files on your phone.
- Placing fields is easiest on a larger screen, where the pages are bigger. A good routine is to build your templates on a computer and send them from your phone.
- When someone signs on a phone, the signing screen offers Switch to landscape, which gives more room for the signature.

Send a document for signature
The four steps from a PDF on your computer to signatures in your inbox.
Choose New document in the menu. The workflow has four steps, shown at the top of the screen:
- Parties & Signers: who signs, and for which side.
- Upload: the PDF you want signed, and its title.
- Place: where each signer signs, and any text, dates or images you add.
- Send: a last review, then the invitations go out.
You can move back to an earlier step at any time before you send.
A party is one side of the agreement, for example your company on one side and your client on the other. Under each party you add the people who sign for that side.
- Give each party a name, such as the company name or the person's full name.
- Under the party, enter each signer's name and email address. A phone number is optional, and you need it only if you want to send the signing link by WhatsApp later.
- To use a saved client, start typing in the first field of the signer row, or click it and pick the client from the list. Their details fill in by themselves.
- Use + Add Signer to add another person to the same side, and + Add party to add another side. You can have up to ten parties, labelled A to J.
- Choose the Routing Mode. Parallel invites everyone at once. Sequential invites one party at a time, and each side is invited only after the previous one finishes.
Your plan sets how many signers and parties one document can have. If you reach the limit, remove a signer or upgrade your plan.
- Choose Upload Contract and pick the PDF from your computer or phone.
- Type a Document Title. Your signers see this title in their email and on the signing screen.
- Continue to the next step once the pages appear.
Scanned PDFs are often very large and open slowly for your signers. If we warn you that a file is large, compressing it before you upload usually makes it about ten times smaller.
Optional signing clause. Next to the upload button you will find Add a signing clause to your contract. Choose the country whose law applies and copy the suggested sentence into your contract before you export it to PDF. It records in the contract itself that it was signed electronically. It is a wording suggestion, not legal advice, so have your own lawyer review it.
RemoSign accepts PDF files. A few minutes of preparation make the document easier to fill in and faster to open for your signers.
- Start from the original file. If your contract is a Word or Google Docs file, save or export it as PDF instead of printing and scanning it. The text stays sharp and the file stays small.
- Leave room to sign. Keep a line or an empty space wherever someone signs or writes, so the fields do not cover any text.
- Keep scans small. If you only have a paper copy, scan it in black and white or grayscale at a normal resolution. Files larger than 3 MB show a warning because they open slowly, and compressing them usually helps a lot.
- Finish the wording first. A document cannot be edited once it is sent, so make sure the text is final.
- Add the signing clause if you want one, as described in the previous guide, before you export the file.
The document appears page by page. Now you decide where each signer signs and what else goes on the pages.
- Pick the signer in the Signer menu. Items you add for a signer appear in that signer's color.
- Open Tools, or click anywhere on a page, and choose what to add: Full Signature, Initials, a date, text, an image and more. The next topic explains each item.
- Drag an item to move it, and drag its corner to resize it. Double click an item to edit it.
- Use the arrows to move between pages. Undo last change and Redo take back or repeat your last edits.
Every signer needs at least one signature field, initials or a full signature, before you can send.
How signers may sign. Choose Draw or type, Draw only or Type only. A signed form looks tidier when everyone signs the same way, but this is a recommendation, not a requirement.
Long contracts often need initials on every page and a full signature at the end. Instead of placing each one by hand, choose Fill signatures in the contract.
- Under For whom, tick the signers to place fields for.
- In Initials on pages, type the pages that get initials. You can type a range such as
1-10, single pages such as 1,3,5, or the words all or last. You can also tap the page numbers below. - In Full signature on pages, do the same for the full signature.
- Choose Place signatures. The fields appear on the pages you chose, and you can still drag any of them afterwards.
- Check the summary: the routing mode, the parties, the document title, the signers and how many fields each one has.
- If you will send this contract again, tick Also save this contract as a reusable template.
- Choose Send for Signature.
Every signer receives a secure email invitation. When all required signatures are collected, you and every signer receive the fully signed PDF by email. The document also appears in My Documents, where you can follow its progress.
Tip: Invitations sometimes land in Spam or Junk. If a signer cannot find theirs, ask them to look there, or send the link by WhatsApp from My Documents.
If the signer is sitting next to you, there is no need to wait for an email. Right after you send, the confirmation screen offers to open the signing screen on this device. You can also do it later: in My Documents, open Resend invitations and choose Sign in person next to the signer. Hand them the device, and they sign on the spot. If you are one of the signers yourself, choose Sign now.
What to do depends on what went wrong:
- A wrong email address, name or phone number: open the document in My Documents, choose Resend invitations, correct the details and choose Save & resend. The previous link stops working.
- A mistake in the document itself, or a missing field: a sent document cannot be changed, so it stays exactly as your signers saw it. Send a corrected document as a new one, tell your signers which one to sign, and then delete the old one from My Documents.
- A missing signer: signers cannot be added to a document that was already sent. Send a new document with everyone included.
Tip: If you send similar documents often, save the corrected one as a template, so the next one is right from the start.
Every item you can place on a document, and what each one does.
A Full Signature field is where a signer signs their name. An Initials field is for their initials, usually on every page.
When your document has more than one signer, RemoSign asks Whose signature is this? Pick one signer, several, or Everyone, and a field is placed for each of them. With a single signer the field is placed right away.
- Move: drag the item to its place.
- Resize: drag the handle in its corner. Text is the exception: it takes its size from the font size, so double click it and change the size there, which keeps the letters sharp. A divider line only gets longer or shorter.
- Edit: double click the item to open its settings again, change what you need, and save.
- Remove: click the small X on the item.
- Undo and redo: use the buttons, or press Ctrl+Z to undo and Ctrl+Y or Ctrl+Shift+Z to redo. On a Mac, use Cmd instead of Ctrl. Escape closes an open menu.
Full signature and initials fields have a guide line. When you drag one of them near a line printed in the document, it snaps onto that line and the guide line turns green, so the signature lands right on it.
Every full signature and initials field has a small magnet button. It lines up the fields of the same kind, for the same signer, from this page to the end of the document, so they all sit in exactly the same spot and size.
- Place the field on the first page where you need it, and adjust its position and size.
- Click its magnet button. The button turns from amber to green, the field gets a Magnet tag, and the matching fields on the following pages move into place.
- From now on, when you move this field, the fields that follow it move too.
Need one page to be different? Drag that field away and it detaches from the others. A small return arrow on it brings it back to the source position. A field you moved by hand stays where you put it, even if you align again.
To cancel the alignment, click the green magnet again. The fields go back to where they were before.
Choose Text to write on the document. In Field type you can pick the kind of text, and RemoSign formats it for you:
- Free text and Heading for any words you want.
- Phone, with a country code.
- Address, built from street, number, city and ZIP.
- Email, ID Number and Amount with a currency.
- Date, picked from a calendar, in the format and language you choose.
- Divider Line, solid or dashed, to separate parts of a page.
- Signature Label, a caption such as "Seller's signature" for under a signature line.
Then choose the font, size, bold or italic, the color and the background, and check the preview before you choose Add to document.
Some details change every time, such as the client's name or the price. In a text item, tick Fillable by sender at send time and give the field a label, for example "Client name". The field stays empty in the template, and RemoSign asks you to fill it in each time you send.
You can also set a field to fill automatically from the client, for example with the full name, ID number or address. When you choose a client for the document, those fields fill in by themselves. Fields connected to your own details, such as your office name or license number, fill in from your profile.
Choose Image / Logo, pick a PNG or JPG file, and choose a transparent, white or custom background. Place it on the page and drag its corner to resize it. Files up to 10 MB are accepted, and smaller files work best.
A Cover box is a solid box that hides the text underneath it. Use it to cover something printed in the PDF that should not appear. Resize it on the document, and if you want new wording in its place, put a text item on top of it.
A Document date shows the date the document is sent. It is set automatically at the moment you send, so a template always carries the right date.
- Choose the Date language. It starts in your interface language, and you can pick any of the 17 languages, for example English month names in a contract you prepare from a Hebrew screen.
- Choose the Format. Every option shows how 31 December looks, so day and month are never confused: 31.12.2026, 12.31.2026, 31 December 2026, December 31, 2026 and more.
- Choose the Time: without time, the 24 hour clock where 00:00 is midnight and 14:00 is two in the afternoon, or the 12 hour clock with AM and PM.
- Pick the font, size and colors, and choose Add to document.
A Date signed field belongs to one signer. It is stamped automatically with the date and time that signer signs, by our server, so it cannot be changed by anyone. Choose the date language, format and time just as for the document date, then resize the box on the document to control the size of the text.
Numbering works through templates, because each template keeps its own counter.
- Document number gives every document sent from a template the next number automatically. In a new template you choose the starting number and how many digits it has, for example 000123.
- Linked number repeats the number of another document, for example an agreement that refers to the order form it belongs to. In a template you choose the linked document each time you send.
If these buttons are greyed out, save the document as a template first.
Choose + Add Page to add a blank page to the contract, before or after the current page, or at the beginning or the end. You can place signatures, text and images on it like on any other page. A page you added can be removed again with Remove page. Pages from your original PDF cannot be removed.

Templates
Prepare a contract once and send it again in seconds.
There are two ways. While sending, tick Also save this contract as a reusable template in the review step. Or, after sending, open My Documents and choose Save as template on the document.
Give the template a name you will recognize. The signers themselves are not saved, because you choose the real signers each time you send.
Tip: Templates are included in the Starter, Pro and Business plans.
- Open My Templates and choose + New template.
- Upload the PDF and give the template a name.
- Add Signature slots, one for each person who will sign, and place their fields, just as you do when sending.
- If you want to decide the sides when you send, tick Let the sender group these signers into parties when sending.
- Choose Save template.
- Open My Templates and choose the template, or open a client in Clients and choose Send template.
- Add the signers for this time, and group them into parties if the template allows it.
- If the template has fields you fill in when sending, RemoSign asks you to Fill in the document details. These values are placed on the document before it goes out.
- Review and choose Send for Signature.
In My Templates, choose Edit to change the fields, the layout or the name, and save again. Documents you already sent are not affected. Choose Delete to remove a template for good.
On the Business plan, Add forms in My Templates copies a set of ready made forms into your templates, so you can send them right away or adjust them to your needs. The current set is a group of Hebrew brokerage forms for real estate brokers in Israel, such as a brokerage order, an exclusivity agreement and a buyers form. After you send one form, RemoSign can take you straight to the next one, for example Continue to the exclusivity agreement.

Track and manage your documents
Follow each document, nudge signers, and download the signed file.
My Documents shows the documents you sent and the ones you were invited to sign. Search by document name or signer, and use the status filter to see only drafts, documents in progress, or completed ones. The progress line shows how many of the signers have finished.
Only the person who sent a document can manage or delete it. Signers can open, sign and download.
When someone sends you a document through RemoSign, you get an invitation email and can sign straight from it, without signing in. If you have a RemoSign account with the same email address, the document also appears in My Documents.
- The tag under the status shows your role: Manager for documents you sent, and Signer for documents you were asked to sign.
- Your signature is required means the document is waiting for you. When it is your turn, choose Sign now to open the signing screen.
- Choose View to read the document, and Download signed once everyone has signed.
Only the sender can resend invitations or correct signer details. If you think something in the document is wrong, contact the person who sent it before you sign.
- In My Documents, open the document's actions and choose Resend invitations. The number in brackets is how many signers are still pending.
- Next to the signer, correct the name, the email address or the phone number if needed.
- Choose Save & resend. A new invitation goes out, and the previous link stops working.
If the signer opens the old email by mistake, they see a message asking them to use the newest one.
In the same place, choose Send via WhatsApp next to a signer. WhatsApp opens with a ready message and the signer's personal link. The signer needs a phone number that includes the country code, so add one first if it is missing.
On the Pro and Business plans, RemoSign reminds signers who have not signed yet. A reminder goes out 3 days after the last email, up to 2 times for each signer. With sequential routing, people whose turn has not come yet are not reminded.
When a document is completed, choose Download signed. The same file is also emailed to you and to every signer. At the end of the PDF you will find a Signature Summary page that lists each signer, their email address, their side, and the date and time they signed, recorded in UTC and in local time.
To delete one document, choose Delete in its actions. It is removed from your list, and the file is permanently deleted once no one else has access to it. To remove everything at once, use Delete all my documents. Neither can be undone, so download anything you need first.
Documents are kept on our servers for 90 days and then permanently deleted. We email you 14 days before a document is removed, so nothing disappears without notice. While a Business plan is active, its documents are kept. Please download and keep your own copy of anything you need for the long term, because RemoSign is not an archive.

Clients, properties, vehicles and cards
Save details once and fill them into documents automatically.
- Open Clients and choose + New client.
- Fill in the full name, the client type, the ID number, phone, email and address. Only the name is required.
- Choose Save client.
Search by name or phone, and choose View / Edit to change a client later. A client card also shows the properties, vehicles and cards linked to that client, and lets you Send template straight from it.
When you add signers, type in the first field of a signer row to find a saved client, and their name, email and phone fill in. Text fields connected to client details, such as the ID number or address, fill in at the same time. The quick fill button in the document details lets you fill the fields from any saved client as well.
On the Business plan, Properties keeps the properties you work with: title, type, price or monthly rent, service type, area, address, owner and notes. Link a property to its owner's client card. When a form asks for property details, choose the property and the fields fill in by themselves.
On the Business plan, Vehicles keeps vehicle details: type, make, model, year, license plate, chassis number, color, fuel, gearbox, mileage, number of previous owners, first registration and inspection date. Choose a vehicle in a document to fill its details into the contract.
If you work with other kinds of records, create your own card types on the Business plan. Open Manage card types, choose + New card type, and give it a name in the singular and the plural, for example Project and Projects. The new card appears in the menu, where you can add items, search them, link them to clients and fill them into documents.
Every card can hold extra fields of your own. Choose Manage fields, then + Add field, name it, and choose whether it holds text, a number or a date.
Lists such as client types or property statuses can be edited too. Choose Edit list to add an option, rename one, drag options into a new order, or hide one you no longer use and restore it later. When you delete an option that is in use, RemoSign asks which option those records should move to. The option Other always stays last and opens a free text field.

For your signers
What the people you send documents to see, and how to help them.
Each signer receives an email with the document title and a button that opens their personal signing link. The link is valid for 72 hours. If you send a new invitation, the new link replaces the old one. Signers do not need an account to sign.
When a signer opens the link, we email a 6 digit code to the same address. They type it in to continue. The code is valid for 10 minutes, and after five wrong tries a new one is needed. This proves at the moment of signing that the person signing controls the email address you invited.
- The signer reads the contract. Skip to the signature jumps down and Read the contract from the top goes back up.
- They tick the consent box, which confirms they have read the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy and agree to sign and receive the document electronically.
- They choose Start Signing. RemoSign guides them through each required field in order.
- In each step they draw or type their signature, choose a color if they like, and choose Save & Continue. On a phone, turning it sideways gives more room.
- Made a mistake? Redo a step lets them sign that step again.
- When every step is saved, they choose Submit For Approval. The signatures are applied to the document.
Afterwards they see a thank you screen. The fully signed copy is emailed to them once everyone has signed. They can also open a free account with the same email address to keep everything they sign in one place.
- Cannot find the email: ask them to check Spam or Junk, resend the invitation, or send the link by WhatsApp.
- "This link has been replaced": a newer invitation was sent. They should open the most recent email.
- "Invalid or expired link": the link is too old. Resend the invitation from My Documents.
- "Signature already submitted": they have already signed. If changes are needed, contact them and send a new document.
- "Too many attempts": too many wrong links were opened from their network. Waiting a few minutes clears it.
- "Wrong account": they are signed in to RemoSign with a different email address. They can sign out and continue.

For real estate brokers
Office details, brokerage forms and properties, on the Business plan.
On the Business plan, open Account, then Settings, and fill in Broker details: the office name, your broker license number, your default sale commission as a percentage, and your default rental commission, which can be one month's rent, half a month's rent, or another amount you write in. These details go into your brokerage forms automatically, so you never type them again.
Then open My Templates and choose Add forms. This copies the ready made brokerage forms into your templates. They are in Hebrew and were prepared for real estate brokers in Israel: a brokerage services order, an exclusivity agreement for marketing a property, and a buyers form for people interested in a property.
Tip: The forms are a starting point. Read them, and adjust them to the way your office works before you use them with clients.
- Save the client in Clients, and link their property to them in Properties.
- Open the brokerage order template. The forms have two sides, the broker and the client. Your own details are already filled in on the broker side, and you can replace them to hand the form to another broker in your office.
- Add the client on the client side. Their details, and the details of the property linked to them, fill in by themselves.
- Fill in the document details, including the length of the service. The order cannot be sent without it.
- Send it. You sign on the broker side, and the easiest way is right away, on your own device.
- On the confirmation screen, choose Continue to the exclusivity agreement. The agreement opens for the same client, with the marketing period and the order number already filled in.

Your account
Your details, your security, and deleting your data.
Open Account, then Settings. Fill in your full name, phone number, ID number and address, and choose Save Profile. Your email address cannot be changed, because it identifies your account and your documents. Your details are inserted automatically into the contracts you create, so keep them up to date.
On the Business plan you will also find Broker details: office name, broker license number and your default sale and rental commission. These go into your brokerage forms automatically.
In Settings, type a new password in New Password, at least 10 characters, and choose Save Profile. Leave the field empty to keep your current password.
Two step verification adds a second check when you sign in. In Settings, under Security, tick the two factor authentication (2FA) box and choose Save Profile. From then on, each time you sign in we email you a 6 digit code to type in. You can turn it off in the same place.
Under Share Platform in Settings you will find a link to RemoSign that you can copy and send to anyone.
The Danger Zone at the bottom of Settings has two actions, and both ask for your current password:
- Delete all my documents permanently removes every document you own. Your account stays.
- Delete my account permanently removes your account and all your documents.
Neither can be undone. Documents you only signed are removed from your list, and the person who sent them keeps their copy.

Plans and billing
Choose a plan, start a free trial, and manage your subscription.
Every plan includes multi party signing, the signature summary and reusable client cards. The plans differ in how much you can send and in the extra tools:
| Plan | Documents a month | Signers per document | Templates | Automatic reminders | Cards, forms and properties |
|---|
| Free | 3 | 2 | No | No | No |
|---|
| Starter | 20 | 4 | Yes | No | No |
|---|
| Pro | Unlimited | Unlimited | Yes | Yes | No |
|---|
| Business | Unlimited | Unlimited | Yes | Yes | Yes |
|---|
Business also turns your own forms into digital forms and adds case, client and property management. Current prices are shown on the plans section of the home page.
New accounts get the Business plan free for 14 days after confirming their email address. No payment method is needed and nothing is charged. When the trial ends, your account moves to the Free plan by itself. Nothing is deleted: your documents, templates and clients are all still there, and the Free plan limits and the standard document retention apply.
- Choose Upgrade plan at the top of the dashboard.
- Pick monthly or annual billing. Annual billing gives you two months free.
- Choose the plan and complete the secure checkout. Payments are handled by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record, and are charged in US dollars.
Your new plan is active within a minute of payment.
Choose Manage subscription at the top of the dashboard to open the billing portal. There you can update your card, see your invoices, or cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. When you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. On the Business plan we remind you by email before a cancelled plan ends, and before any document is deleted.
Open Account, then Invite friends. Copy your personal link, or share it by WhatsApp or email. Anyone who joins through it starts with a longer free trial of 30 days. Once they have paid for 3 months, you get 3 months of the Business plan free.
The panel shows how many people joined, how many are paying, and the months you earned. Months are added to your account and never paid out in money. If your plan is active when you earn them, they are saved and start automatically when it ends.

Common questions
Quick answers, and what to do when something does not work.
No. Signers open their personal link, confirm their email address with a code, and sign. They do not need an account, and signing costs them nothing. Only the person who sends the document needs an account, and the plan belongs to them.
RemoSign accepts PDF files. If your document is in Word, Google Docs or Pages, save or export it as PDF first. If you only have photos of a paper document, use a scanner app on your phone to turn them into one PDF.
Yes. Add yourself as a signer on your side of the agreement, with your own email address. After you send, open the document in My Documents and choose Sign now, or sign from the invitation email like any other signer.
A side can have several signers, for example two partners of the same company. Add them with + Add Signer under that party. To decide the order, choose Sequential routing: the parties are invited one at a time, and each side receives its invitation only after the previous side has finished. With Parallel routing everyone is invited at once and can sign in any order.
The last page of every signed PDF is a Signature Summary. It lists each signer, their email address, their side, and the date and time they signed, in UTC and in local time. Before signing, every signer confirmed with a one time code that they control the email address you invited, and the date signed is stamped by our server, not by their device. Whether this record is enough for your purpose depends on the law that applies to you.
RemoSign does not decide that, and we cannot promise it. It depends on the law that applies to you and on the kind of document. In many countries some documents, such as wills, must be signed in other ways, for example in front of witnesses or a notary. If you are not sure, ask a lawyer before you send. The Terms of Service and the Disclaimer explain this in full.
The top of your dashboard shows how many documents you sent this month out of your allowance. When you reach it and choose Send for Signature, RemoSign shows a message and the document is not sent. Documents you already sent are not affected, and your signers can still sign them. The count starts again on the first day of each month, or you can upgrade your plan to send more right away.
- RemoSign will not let you send: every signer needs at least one full signature or initials field. Pick each signer in the Signer menu and check their fields.
- A message says you reached a limit: your plan sets how many documents you can send each month, and how many signers and parties one document can have. Remove a signer or a party, or upgrade your plan.
- A text box will not resize: text takes its size from the font size. Double click it and change the size.
- The numbering buttons are greyed out: numbering works through templates, so save the document as a template first.
- The document opens slowly: it is probably a large scan. Compress the PDF and upload it again.
- An email from us did not arrive: look in Spam or Junk, and add our address to your contacts. A completed document can always be downloaded from My Documents for as long as it is kept.

Privacy, security and accessibility
How your documents are protected, and where to get help.
- RemoSign runs automatically. Documents are prepared, delivered, signed and deleted by the system, and no one on our staff opens them unless you ask us to in writing to fix a problem.
- Each signing link is personal and expires, and every signer confirms their email address with a one time code before signing.
- ID numbers you save are stored encrypted, and only their last digits are kept readable.
- The date signed is stamped by our server, and the signed PDF ends with a signature summary.
- Your account can have two step verification.
Please note that RemoSign creates simple electronic signatures and does not decide whether a signature is valid for your purpose. That depends on the law that applies to you, so read the Terms of Service and the Disclaimer.
