The form library: vehicles and property

On every plan that includes templates, the form library offers ready made forms for vehicles and property in every language RemoSign speaks: a vehicle sale agreement between private individuals, a vehicle handover and condition report, a test drive record, a property condition report for moving in or out, a key handover receipt and a property viewing record.

  1. Open My Templates and choose Form library.
  2. Choose the language of the form, then tick the forms you want.
  3. Confirm that you understand these are sample templates, and choose Add to my templates.
  4. Send a form like any other template. Your own details fill in from your profile, and the other side's details from the client card.

Tip: The forms are samples written for no country in particular. They are not legal advice, so check that a form suits your situation and the law that applies before you use it. In many countries some documents, such as a sale of land or certain leases, need a notary or an official form, so the library does not include them.

Some countries also have a pack of their own, adapted to that country's law, for example with the local identity number and the local steps for registering a vehicle, and for some countries a residential lease. When a pack is available, the form library shows a Country list: choose the country, then the language. These forms are samples too, so have a local lawyer check them before you rely on them.

The library also has records that simply write down what happened and are signed by both sides: an acknowledgment of receipt, an inventory of furniture and equipment, a damage or incident report, a list of defects, a service visit report and an equipment handover record. Each one says plainly that it records facts only: it is not an invoice or a receipt for payment, and signing it does not mean admitting responsibility or giving up rights.

For some countries the library also lists official forms and services published by the authorities, with the name of the source and a link to its site. They open on that site, and nothing is copied into RemoSign. You can download a form there and upload it to RemoSign as a new document.
