- The invitation: the document title and a button that opens their personal signing link. With sequential routing, each signer receives the invitation only when their turn comes.
- A verification code: 6 digits, sent when they open the link, to confirm the email address is theirs.
- Reminders: on the Pro and Business plans, while they have not signed yet.
- The signed contract: once everyone has signed, a copy of the fully signed PDF as an attachment, with a link to open it.
In which language? The first invitation is in English, unless the signer already has a RemoSign account, in which case it follows the language of that account. On the signing screen they can switch to any of the 17 languages, and every email after that follows their choice.
Tip: Ask your signers to add our email address to their contacts, so our emails reach their inbox and not the Spam folder.
